1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Time & Rates

Domestic Shipping (Vietnam):

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping fee: Free for orders over 500,000 VND, otherwise 30,000 VND

International Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days, depending on your country.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

  • You can use this tracking number to follow your package status at any time.

4. Delays & Issues

  • While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to customs, weather, or logistical issues beyond our control.

  • If your order is delayed, please contact us at support@freshcity.xyz, and we will assist you promptly.

5. Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
