Refund and Returns Policy for Freshcity Sunglasses

At Freshcity, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things may not work out, and we are here to help with returns and refunds. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions and processes for returning products and receiving refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return your purchase under the following conditions:
- Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:
- Gift cards
- Clearance items or final sale products
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
3. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@freshcity.xyz with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and further details on where to send the item.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- Return Address: We will provide the correct return address when your return is authorized.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is returned in less than perfect condition, or if it is past the return window but still acceptable).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product).
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need to exchange an item for the same or similar product, email us at info@freshcity.xyz with your request. Once approved, you may return the original item and we will send the replacement.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage to expedite the process.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time, please:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

8. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item. In cases where we cover the return shipping, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
