1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment options:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB)

  • Bank Transfers (Vietnamese banks)

  • E-Wallets (Momo, ZaloPay, VNPay)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – only available within Vietnam

2. Currency

  • All prices are listed and charged in Vietnamese Dong (VND).

  • For international customers, the final amount may be converted based on your bank’s exchange rate.

3. Payment Security

  • All transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways.

  • We do not store your credit card or personal payment information on our servers.

4. Payment Confirmation

  • Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and invoice.

  • Orders will only be processed and shipped after full payment is received (except for COD).

5. Failed or Declined Payments

  • If your payment fails or is declined, please check with your bank or payment provider.

  • You can also try an alternative payment method or contact us at support@freshcity.xyz for assistance.

6. Fraud Prevention

  • For your protection and ours, all orders are subject to verification and fraud checks.

  • If we detect suspicious activity, we may contact you to confirm your identity or cancel the order.
